Tried your Seasonings for the first time last night!

Filet Mignon with Cajun Seasoning

4 filets
cajun seasoning

bring filet to room temperature, rub down with a small bit of olive oil and then rub about 1/2 tsp.the cajun seasonings on each filet, let sit for 10 minutes, then heat grill pan and when nice and hot place filets in pan, cooking for 5 minutes, flip and touch center of steak, depending how how you like your meat, it will spring back when rare, cook more for well down.

It was unbelievably good and so easy!!

    Thank you very much for sharing your story Liz.

    Don’t forget to sprinkle a little of your Cajun Seasoning Salts and Spices on your dish once served to complete the taste…just a tiny bit to bring up the flavors.

    I would even suggest having a little serving cup, or a tiny bowl of seasoning on the table for your guest of family to help themselves.
