Portobello Mushrooms with Provencale Seasonings
- 4 Portobello Mushrooms cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tsps. Provencale Seasonings
- Olive Oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Take 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil, 1 Tablespoon of butter, melt in heavy pan, add minced garlic and sauté, when garlic is lightly golden, add mushrooms, sauté until slightly soft, sprinkle Provencale Seasonings on top and stir, remove from heat and serve:)
So easy and so delicious!!
